Please aim to arrive to your appointment with clean/makeup free eyes and lashes. Extra time spent cleaning your lashes will mean less time lashing. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service. If your service is shortened due to late arrival, you will still be charged the full cost of the service.
CHANGING YOUR APPOINTMENT
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule/cancel a booked appointment without penalty. Please contact me directly if an appointment needs to be rescheduled or changed.
SICKNESS OR FAMILY EMERGENCY
If you, or another member of your family has an infectious or contagious illness, please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule your appoint for a later date. For your safety and that of my family and other clients, please do not come to appointments sick. If it is assumed that you are currently sick, your appointment may be cut short or cancelled and rescheduled when you are feeling better. A onetime allowance of last minute cancellation will be permitted for sickness or family emergency. After that, the cancellation no show policy is in effect.
CANCELLATION + NO SHOW
As a courtesy, appointment reminders are send out when the appointment is scheduled by text or email. I understand life happens, and will allow 1 missed or cancelled appointment within the 24 hour grace period. After 1 occurrence, I will require a credit card on file, and for any other missed or cancelled appointments within that 24 hour time I will charge 50% of the service scheduled. This is to ensure that your time is set, and respected, as well as my time. You will not be able to rebook again until that fee has been paid.
OTHER ARTISTS’ WORK
If you currently have eyelash extensions on from another lash artist, there may be a possibility that your current extensions will need to be removed and put back on properly. Due to the unregulated nature of eyelash extension trainings, certifications, and state board regulations, not all lash artists have the same high standards as Amanda Conkin Collective, and my priority is your natural lash health and eye safety. Thus, if you are coming in for a touch up from another lash artist, then you agree that your current extensions may need to be removed and a new full set will be applied at the appropriate price. This will be discussed and fully explained to you prior to any service being performed.
BEFORE/AFTER HOURS APPOINTMENTS
Certain circumstances and seasons may leave you in a panic to squeeze in a last-minute lash appointment that is outside of my normal business hours. Before or after hour appointments may be available on a case by case basis for an additional $10 fee. Please contact me directly to schedule this type of appointment.
The time, expert skill, product and other expenses used to provide you with a service are what you are investing in. No refunds will be given for any reason on services or products unless there is an allergic reaction. If you are unhappy with a service, you may contact me within 72 hours of your appointment to discuss concerns and if a fix can be done to address your concerns, it will be done so with a complimentary 30 minute service if it is the fault of the application or product. Any concerns addressed after 72 hours of your lash appointment, or if you failed to follow proper after care instructions will be charged the full price of the service.
